Registering for an Account

Register for a new account by clicking Create Account in the top right hand corner of the homepage!

Sign Up Page:  

Your date of birth is not required to set up a new account but will be required to submit prescription orders.

Follow the sign up screen fields to provide your basic demographic information.

Add any allergies, medical conditions, or medications you take in your Patient profile after registering.
