The Dashboard is the welcome page of your account once logged in and will provide a summary of your prescriptions, recent orders and any open prescription quotes.
Example Dashboard:
Your profile tabs:
- Prescriptions: view prescriptions, including active and inactive prescriptions
- Orders: view order history, expand to view order statuses
- Quotes: view your current open quotes to create orders easily
- Patients: change/edit/add your patient profile and/or family member profiles
- Prescribers: change/edit/add prescribers to your prescribers list
- Addresses: change/edit/add your shipping and/or billing addresses
- Payments: change/edit/add your payment methods
- Message Center: all communications from GoGoMeds regarding
- Settings: change/edit their account settings and/or security preferences
*All tabs can also be accessed via the Account button in the top right-hand corner
Example prescription:
View active and inactive* prescriptions by toggling between tabs.
Use the checkboxes next to each prescription to change refill preferences:

- Choose from Auto Refill, Refill reminders, or leave both options unchecked if you wish to place your orders at your own pace and do not wish to be reminded
Use the Select Patient drop down to toggle between family members
Use Add to Cart to add a prescription to the cart for a new order.
- Navigate to your cart in the top right hand corner after adding a prescription to check out
Inactive prescriptions will appear here:
- Prescriptions can become inactive by exhausting all refills allowed, expiring, or by the request of a patient or their prescriber.
- Inactive prescriptions cannot be added to your cart.
Place orders for inactive prescriptions by searching for the medication in the search product field and selecting the appropriate strength and quantity.

- Once your order is placed, GoGoMeds will reach out to your prescriber for a new prescription on your behalf.
Example Orders:
Use Show Order Details to view additional information regarding your order, including tracking information
Use Manage Order to place your orders on hold, or to cancel or confirm new or pending orders
Example Quote:
Use Show Quote Detail to view additional information about the prescriptions within your quote.
Use Add quote to cart to place a new order with your quote.
Use Cancel this quote to cancel the quote.
- Cancelling the quote does not deactivate the prescription from your profile. You can come back to place an order for your prescription at anytime from your Orders tab.
Example Patients:
Use Show Patient Details to view allergies, medical conditions and medications on record
Use Edit to make changes to a family member's patient profile
Use Add Patient to add family members, including pets
Use This patient is a pet to complete your pet's patient profile.
Example Prescribers:
Use Add Prescriber to add new doctors or prescribers to your account for future use.
Use Delete to delete any prescribers you are no longer seeing.
Addresses:
Use Add Address to add new shipping or billing addresses.
Use Edit or Delete to change or remove any addresses you no longer need on file.
Example Payments:
Use Add Payment to add new credit/debit cards.
Adding new credit card information:
*Your billing address can be different from your shipping address but must match the billing address associated with the credit/debit card.
Example Message Center:
View all communication from GoGoMeds regarding your account, such as new quotes, password resets, orders completed or placed and more.
Example Settings:
Use Change Password to update your password.
Use Change Email to change your username and email address you receive communications.
Use Security Preferences to set up multi-factor authentication if desired.
